*Vegan Alfredo Pasta 🍝🌱*


Welcome to our very first recipe on the blog!

We're starting off creamy, dreamy, and comforting — a Vegan Alfredo Pasta that's as rich and satisfying as the classic, but 100% plant-based.


Perfect for cozy dinners, quick lunches, or when you're simply craving something delicious without the heaviness.




*Ingredients:*

- 250g pasta of your choice

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 cup Atrameez Vegan Cooking Cream

- Atrameez Vegan Parmesan Cheese

- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

- Salt & pepper to taste

- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)



 

*Instructions:*

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

3. In a blender, combine Atrameez Vegan Cooking Cream , sautéed garlic, Atrameez Parmesan Cheese, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Pour the sauce back into the pan, heat gently, then add the pasta and toss to coat.

5. Serve warm, topped with cracked red pepper or chopped parsley.




*Pro tip:*

You can add sautéed mushrooms or steamed broccoli for extra flavor and nutrients!
